She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Myrtle Bangert (Blaylock); her husband Calvin Phillips; her daughter Holly Drum (Ralph, Jr.); and her siblings, Edgar, Dewey, Wilbur, Pervis Bangert, Sidonia Seabaugh (Earl) and Ruby Stearns (Elmer).
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Phillips and Judy Snyder (Dale); her son-in-law Ralph Drum (late Holly); her grandchildren, Donald Linskey III (Hillary), Ashley Ragsdale (Paul), Chelsea Robertson (Mark), Clara and Lizzie Snyder; and her great grandchild Donald William Linksey IV.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center (640 W Independence St, Jackson, MO 63755). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:20 PM at the Russell Heights Cemetery (435 S Farmington Rd, Jackson, MO 63755).
