He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin (Martha [Best] Birk) and Glen; his siblings, Loyd (Vera Birk), Orville (Mary Birk), Alice Ahrens (Birk) and Roland Richard Birk; and his grandsons, Chad Ryan Birk and Jared Ryan Birk.
He is survived by: his family Jesus; his wife Alice; his son Terry (Lynn); his grandchildren, Cort, Kade Birk, Clay and Storm; his children, Colby, Chloe Birk and Ralph Birk; his grandsons, Mason, Wyatt and Emmett Gaines; his children, Kelvin (Marsha), Kelsie (Charlie), Bodie, Birkley Meier, Dale (Ariel) and Austin; his grandson Austin Jared Birk; his stepdaughter Leiloni; his children, Hope, Nowella Birk and Hayden Birk; his stepdaughter Isley Lee; his brother Don (Linda); and his brother-in-law Charles Ahrens (late Alice) of Jackson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church - Tilsit (496 State Hwy F, Jackson, MO 63755). A burial was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery (496 State Hwy F, Jackson, MO 63755).
