He is survived by: his wife Ludmila of Jackson, MO; his children, Wendy Stacy of Jackson, MO and Jason Stacy of Oak Lawn, IL; his sisters, Rosa Stacy and Madonna Kay Novotany (Dan); and his grandsons, William Glenn Long and Jonathan Gregory Long.
