Johnson (Taylor), Logan Hargus (Dustin), Lauren Steffens (Trent), Jordan Ferrara (Tommy) and Erin Hecht; his aunts, Carol Henderson (late Roy), Karen Woltenmath (Doug) and Doris Schmidt (Mel); his brother Gary Holler (Carrie) of Newton, Kansas; and his nieces, Abbie Shanelec (Evan) and Emilie Holler (Cortney Laughlin).
