He was predeceased by : his parents, William Arnzen and Julia Vandeven Arnzen; and his brothers, Jim, Steve and Richard Arnzen.
He is survived by : his daughters, Vickie House of Cape Girardeau and Pam Shock (Joel) of Leopold, Missouri; his grandchildren, Landon, Ashley House and Cole Shock; his siblings, Virgil Arnzen (Valarie) of Benton, Judy Mayfield of Scopus and Patti Ricketts (Billie) of Leopold; and his sisters-in-law, Charlene Arnzen (late Jim), Carole Arnzen (late Steve) of Cape Girardeau and Janet Arnzen (late Richard) of Kelso. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to the American Parkinson's Association or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
