He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest James and Mabel Louise Bingham Noel. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Noel, Sharon Karraker of Cape Girardeau, Julie Brant of Southaven, Mississippi and Kaci Guttilla (Nicholas) of Southaven, Mississippi; and his siblings, Larry Noel (Cheryl) of Cape Girardeau, Roger Noel (Margaret) of Cape Girardeau and Betty Stickle of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
