He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Peter and Irene Marie Dottlinger Stauber; his children, David Stauber and Dianne Scott; and his brother Erwin Stauber.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Stauber of Jackson; and his children, Daniel Stauber of Oakland, California and Dennice Sutter (David) of Marietta, Ohio. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Legion Post 63.
