He was predeceased by: his father Joel Donald Parris Sr.; his brother Jason Parris; and his sister-in-law Jamie Parris. He is survived by: his mother Ruth McNeely; his stepfather Larry McNeely of Bradenton, Florida; his sister Tammy Evans (Tony) of Pikeville, NC; his daughters, Autumn Smith (Coty) of Poplar Bluff and Aubrey Parris of Keyesport, IL.; his grandchildren, Lily Clatt, LucyAnna Clatt, Kingston Parris and Allie Smith; and his sibling's children, Jordan Fornecker (Mitch), Michael Stackle, Kyle Evans, Megan Garmon, Jana Gean and Kali Owen. He is also survived by five great-nieces and nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heartland Christian Family Church (3025 S Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901).
