It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Reeder Rushing of Jackson, Missouri, born in Senath, Missouri, who passed away on September 23, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rushing and Vinie Mae Ray Rushing; his sons, Johnny Rushing Clayton and James Mitchell Rushing; and his siblings, Robert Rushing, Mildred Bost and Dollie Earl.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Miller; his daughters, Dollie Nell Hafer of Lake City, Jacki Fleming (Wes) of Summerville and Jennifer Harris (Glen) of Benton, Kentucky; and his sister Sue Bogadi of Southhaven, Mississippi. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Bernie First Baptist Church, PO Box 475, Bernie, Missouri, 63822.
