She is survived by: her former husband Robert Cissell; her husband Charles Stiver; her stepson Charles Stiver (Skip); her grandchildren, Chris Cissell (Heather), Ben Cissell (Rhondi), Ellwood Stiver, Tara Marvin (Cliff) and Christy Rankin (Steven); and her friends, Janet, Blake Esicar, Jan Halter, Bill Osburn, Sebrina Crossett, Ken Steinhoff and Mary Jo Stiver.
