She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Kester and Mary Bequette Kester; her husband Billy Robert Williams; and her sisters, Pearl "Jim" Kester, Mabel Blankenship and Louise Kester.

She is survived by: her son Michael Williams (Scott); her siblings, Monroe Kester, Sediala Wilke (late Roy), George Kester (Leona), Willie Kester (late Janet), Sharon Bodenschatz (Glenn) and Carol Miller; and her sister-in-law Norma Kester (late Jimmy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
