He is survived by: his sister Tandra Phelps of Herculaneum, MO; his aunts and uncles, Tandy (Mike Wendel), Terry (Ron Atkins), Gail (Morie Myers), Dan (Carol Phelps), Nancy (Dave Underwood) and Donna Johnstone of Lancaster, CA; and his nephews, Otis and Cillian St. Germain of Herculaneum, MO. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
