He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernst O. Fuehler and Lillian E. Thauwald Fuehler; and his brother Harlan Fuehler. He is survived by: his siblings, June Fuehler of Cape Girardeau and Donald Fuehler (Millie) of St. Charles, Missouri; and his caregiver Pat Hecht of Jackson.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to Trinity Lutheran Church (Shawneetown).
