He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Clarence and Marcella Louise Palmer (Ladd); his wife Robbinn Palmer (Douglas); and his daughter Samantha Wagoner. He is survived by: his sons, Gabriel Gene Wagoner of Indiana and Zachariah Wagoner of Indiana; and his stepdaughter Kristen. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
