He was predeceased by: his father Oliver K. Manuel; and his brother N. Kumar Manuel. He is survived by: his mother Caroline A. Howk Manuel; his siblings, Oliver K. Manuel, Jr., James D. Rosenburg, Sirikka R. Hoerig and Hope B. Shea; and his aunts, Linda Gibbons, Brenda Grable and Tammy Mueller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Missouri Mental Health Foundation or Disabled Veterans.
