She is survived by: her children, Brenda Venable of Jackson, Randy Seabaugh (Karen) of Cape and John Seabaugh (Michelle) of Jackson; her siblings, Ted Schearf (Joyce) of Springfield, MO and Marsha Owens (Dick) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Bridgette Birk, Samuel Birk (Sayre Adkins), Audrey McDowell (Jalen), Jennifer Burden (Leonard), Brandon Seabaugh, Clayton Ray, Elizabeth Seabaugh (Jacob Wheatley) and John Dawson Seabaugh; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Lincoln, Brendon Burden, Liam Andrew Wheatley and Aria Paige McDowell. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Winnie's name to Harmony Church.
