He was predeceased by: his grandfather Darel Dunkin; and his stepfather Paul Carr. He is survived by: his parent Cathy Kitchen of Jacksonville, MO; his children, Connor Hunter, Logan Kitchen, Blake Kitchen and Chloe Kitchen; his grandmother Jerry Dunkin of Macon, MO; his siblings, Mitchell (Sheree) of Atlanta, MO and Amanda Hill of Tampa, FL; his uncle Troy Dunkin (Sheri) of Laclede, MO; and his siblings, Jason Carr of Liberty, MO and Monica Kinney of Macon, MO. He is also survived by other in-laws, nieces and nephews.
