He is survived by: his children, Richard Allen Lutes of Wheeling, MO, Cindy Lowdermilk (Dave) of Princeton, IL and Jill Truitt (Dane) of Lentner, MO; his grandchildren, Ashly Nicole Prol (Colin) of Fairplay, CO, Brittany Lowdermilk of Princeton, IL, Ainsleigh and Aven Truitt of Lentner, MO; his great grandchild Levi Prol; and his sister Elizabeth Okeberg of Chillicothe, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
