We announce the death of Kathy Chadwick of Jameson, Missouri, who passed away on November 4, 2026, at the age of 66. Kathy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Junior and Louise Caldwell (Francis). She is survived by: her husband Randy Chadwick; her sons, Jasen Chadwick (Lauren Quick) of Jameson, MO, J. R. Chadwick (Nina) of Pattonsburg, MO and Joey Chadwick (Nicole) of Jamesport, MO; her grandchildren, Jason Chadwick, Kenna Gray, Justin Chadwick, Jorgia Chadwick, Avery Chadwick, Nora Chadwick, Parker Chadwick, Cole Chadwick and Nolan Chadwick; her great grandchild Benson; and her brothers, Tim Caldwell (Nancy) of St. Clair, MI and Jeff Caldwell of Columbia, MO. She is also survived by other extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home - Gallatin (1329 W Grand St, Gallatin, MO 64640). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Kickin' Cancer with Kindness or Jameson Community Betterment in care of the funeral home.
