With sadness, we share the passing of James Michael Ranes of Jamesport, Missouri. James, born on May 13, 1950, passed away on August 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Riley and Cornelia Dell Ranes (Robertson); and his brother Curtis Ranes. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Annetta Guillotte; his children, Ryan Ranes (Terri Pierce) of Jamesport, MO and Cristina Phillips (Bryan) of Navarre, FL; his grandchildren, Bryan and Adelaide Phillips; and his siblings, Jonalee Moore (Ronnie) of Gallatin, MO and David Ranes of Jamesport, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Jamesport Junior Livestock Show or Comfort Care Hospice in care of the funeral home.
