He is survived by: his wife Gloria Dziadosz; his sons, Eric Dziadosz of Olathe, KS, Nathan Dziadosz (Cindy) of Olathe, KS and Clint Dziadosz (Rachel) of Lenexa, KS; his sister Carol Eddy (James) of Germantown, TN; his grandchildren, Shannon, Mathew, Anna, Sawyer and Archer; and his great grandchild A. J.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
