He is survived by: his wife Twyla Blackburn; his sons, Mike Blackburn (Melissa) of Reeds and Tim Blackburn (Melissa) of Jasper, Missouri; and his siblings, Elmer Blackburn of Tishomingo, Oklahoma, James Blackburn of Tishomingo, Oklahoma and Mary Freeman of Joplin, Missouri.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home (301 W Broadway St, Webb City, MO 64870).
