He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Morgan Fitchpatrick; and his grandparents, Loyal, Velma Berryhill, Earl and Lenna Fitchpatrick.
He is survived by: his mother Lois Elene Fitchpatrick (Berryhill) of Jasper; his sister Kelly Ann Faubion (Geoff) of Jasper; his nephews, Brett Faubion (Hannah) and Morgan Faubion (Shayla); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stella Faubion, Emery Faubion, Liliann Faubion, Benjamin Faubion and Jasper Faubion.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the family to assist with medical expenses or to the Jasper High School softball program, in care of the funeral home.
