He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Smith (Bob) and Jim Manley (Nancy); his grandchildren, Jessica Case (Allen), Justin Smith (Amy), Lamar, Jason Manley (Callie Ann) and Michael Manley (Erin); his siblings, Richard Manley and Lucille Kahl; and his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Wilson and Connie Barclay.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Solace House in care of Knell Mortuary.
