He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Johnson and Thelma Johnson (Bradley). He is survived by: his sons, Jim Johnson (Sharon) and Terry Johnson (Phyllis); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Nord (Nathaniel), Steven Juris (Britney), Amber Lombard (Caleb), April Chapman (Chris), Brad Johnson (Kelly) and Michelle Johnson. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
