He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Birdie Mae Washington (Payne); and his siblings, Kenneth Marlon Washington, Jeanetta Yvonne Quinn, Ulyesses Washington, Maurice Washington, Earlene Washington and Andell Washington.
He is survived by: his siblings, Melene Uriel, Dieane Butler, Carstansir Leo Washington, Delorea Washington, Lazorome Washington, Trelania Reader and Deona Dawson. He is also survived by 36 nieces and nephews; 61 great nieces and nephews; and 20 great-great nieces and nephews.
