She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Johnson and Barbara Jean Johnson (Lee); her husband Jerry; and her siblings, Kathleen Anne Seyton and Melvin Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Alfultis (Tracy) of Austin, TX. and Bryan Alfultis (Tammy) of Jefferson City; her brother Charles "Dean" Johnson (Mary) of Ellisville, MO.; her grandchildren, Caden Fernando, Maddox Alfultis, Isla Alfultis and Tate Alfultis; and her siblings-in-law, Jeff Sorge of Okahmpka, Andrea Johnson, Shirley Babb and Patty Harmon (Harold). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
