He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ethery "Buck" and Flora Mae Foster (Bolton); his brothers, Melvin Foster (Muriel) and Donald Foster; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Heckemeyer and Dennis Heckemeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Foster; his daughter Karmen Carson (Brandon) of Poplar Bluff; his stepson Richard Holtmeyer (Amanda) of Lake; his grandchildren, Kamille Carson, Keaton Carson, Natalie Holtmeyer, Emma Holtmeyer, Grace Holtmeyer, Bryson Holtmeyer, Blake Holtmeyer and Carter Holtmeyer; his siblings, Ollie Hardee of Webb City and Marvin Foster (Patricia) of Port St; and his siblings-in-law, Melba Foster, Dianne Heckemeyer, Becky Heckemeyer, Pat Heckemeyer, Richard Heckemeyer (Jan) and Jim Heckemeyer (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
