She was predeceased by: her parents, Judson Smith and Mary Smith (Conway); her husband Charles Edward Owens Sr.; and her siblings, William Smith, Paul Smith, Dollie Conway, Pauline Koop, Myrtle Mobley, Zoe Thompson and Hallie Leon.
She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Villmer (Richard); her grandchildren, Webb and Elsie Villmer; and her stepchildren, Debra McGinley, Charles Owens Jr. and Mark Owens. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at the DeClue Funeral Home (301 E High St, Potosi, MO 63664). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at the Sunset Hill Cemetery (10129 Manders Rd, Potosi, MO 63664).
