He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Tackett. He is survived by: his father Charles Louis Haynes; his wife Liz of Mary's Hospital; his siblings, Dan Haynes (Robin) and Heather Haynes; and his nieces and nephews, Nick, Lily, Kori and Rachael. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the family, in care of Liz, to further the education of his great nieces and nephews.
