He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Samuel and Fredona Mary Ruth, Sr. (Hake); his sister Betty Klossner; and his daughter Lori Hart. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Mitchell Ruth (Janet) of Jefferson City, Melissa Logston (Steven) of Jefferson City and Christopher Ruth (Lainey); his grandchildren, Jacob Hart, Jordan Hart (Joe Hernandez), Tyler Ruth, Kaleb Hoff, Nicholas Hoff, Gage Ruth, Casey Hoff, Eleanora Ruth, Leo Ruth and Samuel Ruth; his great grandchildren, Lorenzo, Elijah and Marcellus Hernandez; his brother-in-law Perry Klossner of Oklahoma City, Okla.; his nephews, Josh Klossner (Katie) of Oklahoma City and Aaron Klossner of Oklahoma City; and his pet Poochie.
