He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cizmar and Helen Cizmar (Rerko); his wife Jeannette; and his siblings, Thomas Cizmar, James Cizmar, Raymond Cizmar, Elizabeth Scott, Lucille Timko, Marcella Gura, Marie Miller and Johanna Baluschack.
He is survived by: his daughters, Natalie Timmerman (Terry) of Lees Summit and Britt Abella (Michael) of Brunswick, Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
