She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Miller and Elizabeth Miller (Hatting); her husband Donald Ray Rackers; her son Bradley David Rackers; and her granddaughter Madison "Maddie" Scott.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Schlotz (Scott) of Dardenne Prairie, Kay Rackers of Jefferson City, Sue Schlotz (Troy) of Jefferson City and Shana Crane (Greg) of O'Fallon; her siblings, Wayne Miller (Jean) of Lake Havasu, Paul Miller (Linda) of Hartsburg and Marilyn Noblett (Jim) of Jefferson City; her grandchildren, Adria Gilstrap (Andrew), Abby Schlotz, Brandon Schlotz (Amanda), Kelsi Schlotz, Kyle Schlotz, Ella Crane and Jack Crane; and her great grandchildren, Jagger, Ainsley, Vale Gilstrap, Wrenn, Rhae Schlotz and Emery Schellman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
