She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Southard and Irma Southard (Clark); her brothers, Roy, Harold, James and Glendon Southard; and her grandson Chris Reed.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Kintner; her son Arnold Bailey Jr.; her stepson Scott Kintner; her daughters, Jean Reed and Pam Spalding (Shane); her stepdaughter Krista Shively; her siblings, Fred Southard and Sharon Brown; and her grandchildren, Jamie Reed, Mike Reed, Trey Bailey, Adam Bailey, Abbi Schulte, Devon Werdehausen and Derek Spalding. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Houser-Millard Funeral Directors (2613 W Main St, Jefferson City, MO 65109). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Jefferson City HALO, an organization close to Cleta's heart.
