He is survived by: his mother Mary Virginia Gessman (Cullom); his fiancée Amy Grim; his children, Becca Hurd (Les) of Jefferson City, Robert Gessman (Sierra) of Eldon and Carissa Gessman of Eldon; his grandchildren, Abigail Gessman, Rion, Hayden, Bela and Holden Hurd; his siblings, Veronica Davis, Andy Davis, Mary Kristain and Chris Sapp; his stepdaughter Ava Smith; and his mother-in-law Shirley Gilpin.
