As we bid Darrell farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Darrell is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas "Buster" Corum and Juanita Corum (Smith); and his nephew Thomas Corum. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Jaegers (Eric); his grandchildren, Charlie and Chloe Jaegers; and his siblings, David Corum (Ginger), Debbie Meller (Galen) and Pam Hamblin (Joe) of Olathe, KS. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as several lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Homes (3210 N 10 Mile Dr, Jefferson City, MO 65109). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
