He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Moore and Katherine Moore (Jones). He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Price and Kayla May (John); his granddaughter Isabelle May; his stepchildren, Mark, Melissa, Daniel and Jennifer; and his former wife Laura Meives (Matthew).
