He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl, Shirley DeBrodie, Orval and Berniece Smith; and his sister-in-law Sheila Davis.
He is survived by: his parents, Kenny Smith and Kathy Smith (DeBrodie) of Jefferson City, Missouri; his daughters, Lindsey Purnell (Chris), Breanna Twyman and Isabelle Villarreal; his grandchildren, Peyton Purnell and Treysen Purnell; and his siblings, Jeannie Fuller (Dan), Jackie Wulff (Dustin), Rob Davis (Merlene), Wes Davis, Danny Smith and Dean Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, 3 great-nieces, and 2 great-nephews.
