He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Bice and Evelyn Bice. He is survived by: his wife Anna Graybill; his children, Brad (Christina) and Katherine (Mike); his grandsons, Bradley (Madison) and Alex; his great grandchild Noah; his brother John (Marilyn) of Stockport, IA; and his nieces, Denise Coffman (Randy) and Tanya Ware (Jerrid). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews from his family.
