She was predeceased by: her parents, John Benjamin and Dorothy Alberta Meltabarger (Champlain); her husband Junior Horn; her siblings, Donovan Ray Meltabarger, William Meltabarger, John Meltabarger (Glenda) and Iris Regan (Steve); her nephew Donald Wickers; and her niece Charlotte Rae Meltabarger.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Horn (Donna) of Jefferson City and Stan Horn (Susan) of Jefferson City; her grandchildren, Curt Horn (Anna), Kyle Horn (Kelly), Kelle O'Neill (Aidan), Jennie Wells (John), Rob Lopez, Patrick Horn (Mariola), Andi Shannon (Rich) and Ashleigh Reynolds (Josh); her great grandchildren, Garrett, Gabby, Taylor, Alicen, Aidan James, Jillian, Connor, Olivia, Clara, Kellen, Abbey, Liam, Azlynn and Jax; her great great grandchild Finley Maye; and her sister-in-law Jean Meltabarger of Union.
