He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lemoine Miller and Hazel Marie Miller; and his former wife Jacqueline Ann Noel. He is survived by: his sister Harryette Burnette (Larry); his daughters, Mindy Kay Gardner (David) and Cathy Lea Miller-Marks (Dan); his close friend Barbara June Baker; his children, Gary Michael Miller (Jenny) and Laura Marie Stickann (Zachary); his grandchildren, Gary, Hayden, Lilly and Noah Miller; his children, Mason, Grace, Lydia Gardner, Octavian and Henry Stickann; his great grandchildren, Cali, Aliyah and Kendall Miller; and also, Jim and Dan Caldwell.
