Gwen McGeorge Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 30, 2026, at the age of 70, Gwen McGeorge of Jefferson City, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gwen McGeorge to pay them a last tribute.

Though Gwen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gwen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Grosvenor and Nina Marie Jacobs (Whittle); and her stepbrother Jerry Jacobs (Huey McGeorge). She is survived by: her husband Eric Wayne McGeorge; her daughters, Alicia Campbell (Andy) of Springfield, Julie McGeorge (Rory Bogdon) of Mexico and Jamie McGeorge (Patrick Rawle) of Schiedam, Netherlands; her sister Tina Barnes of St. Elizabeth; and her stepsister Donna Sue Ford (Norman) of Jefferson City. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and a host of dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
