He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto and Lora; and his siblings, Thomas E. Chapman, Beulah Hitt (Bob), Opal Sanders (Eugene), Maple Bogg (Chuck), Nickie Anderson (Andy) and Hilda Benjamin.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Ruth Dilse; his daughters, Sharon Holmes (Scott) of Arlington, Carol Stertzer (David) of Euless and Sara Garriott (Jon) of Jefferson City; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Garriott (Meara Perkins), Mia Stertzer and Silas Holmes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of dear friends.
