It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Twehus (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Saint Elizabeth, Missouri, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Twehus and Ludmilla Twehus (Boessen); his brothers, Harold Twehus, John Twehus (Nora), Raymond Twehus (Mildred) and William Twehus (Judy); his sister-in-law Carolyn Lueckenotte (Leonard); and his pet Chester.

He is survived by : his wife Ann Twehus; his children, Cheri Otto (Mike) of St. Thomas and Christopher Twehus (Tanya) of Wardsville; his siblings, Joseph Twehus (Lenora), Alfred Twehus (Debbie), Bernie Twehus, Mary Schaefer (John), Linda Colter (Don), Betty Boes (Ray) and Janet Davidson (Dennis); his grandchildren, Derek Otto (Morgan), Kaitlyn Otto (Zack McKinney), Brooke Ruediger (Eric), Alicia Twehus (Aaron Trinklein) and Kamryn Twehus; and his great grandchildren, Tate Otto, Blakely Ruediger, Rhett Ruediger and Dawson Trinklein. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
