He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph Weaver, Sr. and Helen Frances Weaver (Fleischauer); his former wife Barbara Weaver; and his sister Ann Weaver Boldt. He is survived by: his spouse Millikin University; his daughters, Carol Bowe (Richard) of Albany and Ann Perry (Ernest) of Middleton, Wisconsin.; and his grandchildren, Emma Bowe, Dr. Hannah Bowe-Brown (Nathan Brown) of Lillie Perry, CFP and Riess Perry.
