He is survived by: his wife Helen Siedenburg; his daughters, Stephanie Horn (Mike), Dawn Riley (Jason), Kristina Siedenburg and Brittany White (Nick); his brother Dan Siedenburg (Pat); his sisters-in-law, Donna Busch and Luann Busch; his grandchildren, John Horn (Lizzy), Josh Horn (Krystalyn), Joey Horn, Rachel Riley and Sydney White; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Horn, Hadleigh Horn and Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
