It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leigh Ann Brickey of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Luke, Barcie Brickey, Emil and Tillie Krueger; her aunt Patricia Strader; her son Michael; and her aunt Mabel Mason (Gene).

She is survived by : her parents, Larry V. Brickey and Arleta Brickey (Krueger) of Jefferson City; her siblings, Karen Brickey of Jefferson City and Keith Brickey (Jeannine) of Centertown; her nephews, Kalen and Kurtis Brickey; her niece Krista Brickey; and her uncle Dennis Strader of Jefferson City.

Due to the pandemic, a private service will be conducted Thursday, October 22, 2020 in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Angela Madden officiating.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, her family has asked that any memorial contributions be given to either the Jefferson City Animal Shelter or the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation by mailing all donations to P.O. Box 95, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102.
