She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Marion and Janice Kay Clark (Underwood). She is survived by: her daughter Sara Katherine "Katie" Adams (Austin); and her siblings, Alan Clark (Kelly) of New Bloomfield, Michael Clark (Vicky) of New Bloomfield and Susan Woods (Josh) of New Bloomfield.
