It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Violet Packard of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on September 19, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bahr and Violet Bahr (Bach); her husband Bob; and her son Scott Packard. She is survived by: her son Steve Packard (Kim); her grandchildren, Rachael Packard, Hannah Carlson (Andrew), Andrew Buchheim (Anne) and Matthew Buchheim (Kalyn); and her brother Elwood "Woodie" Bahr of Arlington Heights, IL..
