She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Phelps and Sophie Phelps (Cardwell); her husband Jim; and her sister Marcia Struempf. She is survived by: her children, Lori Cayce (Wayne) of Holts Summit, Larry Massey (Debbie) of Holts Summit and Dede Rizor (Charlie) of Conway, MO; her sister Katie Findley (Kenny) of Holts Summit; her brother-in-law Sam Struempf of Jefferson City; her grandchildren, Brandi McGeorge (Brian), Anthony Cayce (Angela), Larry Massey Jr. (Misty), Skyler Massy (Katelyn), Will Perryman (Mindy), Shawna Rizor and Jessica Rizor; and her close friend Linda Dickey. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
